The Topsail corridor has three kinds of tech customers: vacation rental owners who need the Wi-Fi to "just work" for back-to-back weekly bookings, second-homeowners who only need help when they're in town, and year-round residents who'd rather not drive into Wilmington or Jacksonville for a screen repair.
I drive the bridge to Topsail Beach, North Topsail Beach, and Surf City — and inland through Hampstead — for everything from vacation rental Wi-Fi resets between bookings to iPhone screen replacements on the back deck. Salt air kills hardware faster than the manufacturers admit, so coastal corrosion on charging ports and laptop hinges is a thing I see often and know how to fix.
Vacation rental owners especially: I can set up the router with a guest network, post the credentials in a way that's easy to refresh between guests, and walk you through what to do when a guest texts at 9 PM saying "the Wi-Fi is out." Done it many times.
